To continue providing the essential services that our clients and pets need, but also stay compliant with Federal, State and Local guidelines with the Corona concern affecting our community, we have adopted the following protocols for Check-Ins and Check-Outs. We are adjusting these procedures to minimize client wait times in our lobby as well as direct human-to-human contact. As of March 18th, 2020, we will be asking that you remain in your vehicle upon your arrival at the clinic, park in our newly designated spaced-out parking spaces and contact us via text or phone call to (817) 731-1494 to make us aware you are here. Our receptionist will notify the medical or kennel technicians to meet you at your car to expedite your pet to the treatment area. This process will help ensure we are doing all we can to continue providing you the fast friendly service in the most efficient way possible during this time. The medical team will communicate with you throughout the day via text, Facetime and or phone conversations. We are recommending that charges for services will be collected by the receptionist team via phone prior to discharge. In order to make this process easier, please contact us by phone call when you arrive to pick up your pet for discharge.
