Dr. Sarah Pugliano
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Sarah Pugliano adores animals, but she also loves to solve a mystery. Since pets can’t tell her what’s bothering them, following the clues and helping a pet feel better is the ultimate reward for Dr. Pugliano! For her, every day is an exciting new challenge.
Dr. Carol Buchanan
Associate Veterinarian
At the age of eight, Dr. Carol Buchanan discovered an orange tomcat in her family’s garage. The poor creature was suffering from a swollen and infected eye, but allowed young Dr. Buchanan to clean him and place soothing medicine drops into his eye daily until he was healed. He walked away with two perfectly good eyes, and Dr. Buchanan was forever hooked! She knew that a veterinary career was her true calling, and hasn’t looked back since.
Dr. Elizabeth Brown
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Elizabeth Brown had always had an interest in the medical field, but it wasn’t until her early college years that she realized she wanted to care for those who couldn’t tell her what was wrong. Veterinary medicine was the perfect choice for her! Now, Dr. Brown is proud to care for pets and animal owners every day as one of A-Animal Clinic’s Associate Veterinarians.
DR. TONI DOMINO
Dr. Domino graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She joined an equine and farm animal practice in West Virginia, then returned to Cornell in 2015 for a residency in food animal medicine, with a focus on dairy cattle. After finishing her residency, she moved to Fort Worth with her husband and joined A-Animal Clinic in 2018. She is also pursuing a PhD in Science Education at TCU. One of the most enjoyable aspects of her job is teaching clients how best to care for their pets. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family including husband Joe, daughter Maisie, dog Milo, and naughty cat Brigid. She also enjoys sewing, knitting, and reading.
DR. Keener
Associate Veterinarian
My name is Stephanie Keener. I have been practicing veterinary medicine for 9 years. I graduated from the #1 veterinary school in the nation, UC Davis, California, in 2010. After graduation, I spent the following year in Oregon fulfilling an internship in equine surgery. I decided that I wanted to branch out to companion animal medicine/general practice and have been practicing in Texas ever since. Everyday I learn and grow in this field and wouldn’t change my job for anything! I have a husband and 4 year old son at home that keep me busy when I am not at the clinic. Our pets include a Great Dane, Cane Corso and two guinea pigs
