“The vet staff sent me this photo because I was having a mini heart attack worrying about how he was being treated in the back. I was imagining him surrounded by dogs not getting gentle care and attention. Boy was I wrong! Super impressed with the professionalism with handling me and my baby. When I went to check out they were saying Tomo (my cat) was so sweet and when they brought him out he was so relaxed and calm just laying down in his crate.
